About the Friends of Hethersett High School
Who We Are
The Friends is a charitable organisation that comprises parents and carers of students, teachers and staff at Hethersett High School.
It's role is to raise money to support school initiatives and to fund those “extra” items that the school budget simply cannot stretch to.
What We Do
A small committee organises fundraising events throughout the year including Quiz & Chips nights, Village Garage Sales (in Hethersett and Mulbarton), the 100 club and raffles.
Some requests for support are significant enough to mean that local resources will not be enough and in those cases we source additional funding from charitable bodies.
We also provide refreshments at school functions throughout the year.
How to Contact Us
Simply send a note into the school office and we will be in touch quickly!
Alternatively ring the school office (01603 810924) and ask for contact details. Please add your name to our helpers’ list if you can help out at events or make cakes when needed.
